This is my first time visiting RubiconMD. Why am I seeing this screen?

If you registered for RubiconMD via an EHR or another service, we still require you to go through our onboarding process before you access the platform, to ensure that RubiconMD is properly adjusted to your professional and organizational needs.

The onboarding process is quick and usually just takes a few minutes. To get started, e-mail us at support@rubiconmd.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

 

I used to be able to access the platform, but now am seeing this screen.

If you previously had access to RubiconMD, it is possible that your organization's administrator revoked your access to the platform. If you think that this occurred in error, please contact the person in your organization who manages your RubiconMD account, or e-mail us at support@rubiconmd.com
