About the presenter

Dr. Michelle Owens is a hospice and palliative medicine physician who lives in Austin, TX. She received her osteopathic medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine & Biosciences (KCUMB). She completed her family medicine residency at UT Austin Dell Medical School and completed her hospice and palliative medicine (HPM) fellowship at UT Southwestern and Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX. She is the Associate Medical Director for Vynca/ResolutionCare, a virtual palliative medicine company.
